8th Grade East Coast Expedition The East Coast Expedition is a wonderful opportunity for students to visit some of the most historical places in our beautiful country. The trip begins in Boston, visiting the battle sites of Lexington and Concord, we then travel down to New York City, where we visit Ellis Island and see a Broadway Play. Our next stop is Hershey Park for a little fun and chocolate followed by the Gettysburg, Pa. battle site and Amish country. Finally, we travel to Washington, D.C. to visit our nation's capitol city. This is a great educational, hands on experience!
So, how do you get to go on this incredible Expedition? Our next East Coast Expedition fundraising meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 12, at 6pm in the Correia library. The next MANDATORY meeting is not until March. Continue to keep your grades up! Academic GPA (2.5, B-) and Citizenship (3.1, B+) must be maintained throughout the school year. So no slacking!
